Group coaching
As a leader, your ability to thrive both personally and professionally hinges on your commitment to self-care. While taking care of mind and body is important for everyone, it’s absolutely essential for leaders. Leaders in demanding roles need to attend to their self-care on a deep level. Your self-care might be about assertiveness, accountability and setting better boundaries, as much as it is about establishing new healthy habits around sleep, nutrition and physical activity.
Group coaching is the ideal format to do this work. It brings together individuals with similar goals, challenges or intentions to focus on their personal growth and skill development within a supportive group setting.
In weekly group coaching sessions, participants are supported to set realistic goals and maintain a steady course for achieving these goals, working through the inevitable obstacles along the way. Developing connections with others on a similar path makes it easier to make and sustain positive changes, and the continuation of a supportive, peer coaching network beyond the life of the coaching program is encouraged.
